The most affordable way to start trying a new product of a retail business is trying on the common areas of the shopping centers, that has been created for those who want to start a business, and it represents until now one of the most cost effective ways to try a new product in the market.

However, doing a cart or RMUs (for Retail Merchandising Units) A.K.A. which are a basic structure the Mall provide to display the products, the rent could be somewhere between 1K to even 6K - 7K per month, depending upon the location and you should also invest in licenses of use and display, between 3K to 6K, our pre designed modules go below 3K, but there could be custom options unto 10K. Leases arre minimum 1-3 months.

There is also the option to open an actual Kiosk, on this case you rent an empty space, typically from 8’8’ to 12’ x 12’, no basic structure provided, and everything should be built out from scratch. These leases might be around 1.5X the cost of the cart, but the important difference is the display, at least 15K for something really simple that covers the area, up to 30 or even 40K. Leases might range from 6 months to 1 year minimum.
